1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

- The information provided is accurate and complete
- You accept these terms and conditions in full

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) including VAT
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud or payment issues
- Custom and Bespoke orders require 50% deposit before production

4. DELIVERY
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. WARRANTY
- All headlights come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and electronic failures
- Warranty does not cover damage from crashes, improper installation, or modifications
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase

6. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY
- Our RGB LED headlights are designed for off-road and private use
- RGB modes are not street-legal in most jurisdictions
- White mode is compliant with road regulations
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws
- We are not liable for fines, accidents, or damages resulting from product use

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, logos, designs, and trademarks are property of Draconic Lights
- Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited
- Product images may not be used without written permission

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
