Article 1 - SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made through the website www.draconiclights.fr. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

Article 2 - PRODUCTS
Products are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to modify product characteristics without prior notice.

Article 3 - PRICES
All prices are in Euros (EUR) including all taxes (TTC).
Prices include French VAT at the applicable rate.
For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of validation.

Article 4 - ORDERS
4.1 Order Process
- Select products and add to cart
- Complete shipping and billing information
- Choose shipping method
- Choose payment method
- Confirm order after reviewing summary

4.2 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Order number
- List of products ordered
- Total amount including shipping
- Estimated delivery time

4.3 Order Validation
Orders are considered final upon payment validation. Custom and Bespoke orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Article 5 - PAYMENT
5.1 Accepted Methods
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (contact us)

5.2 Payment Security
All payments are secured through SSL encryption. We do not store credit card information.

5.3 Custom Orders
Custom and Bespoke orders require 50% deposit before production begins. Balance is due before shipping.

Article 6 - DELIVERY

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Article 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to return products. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Exception: Custom and Bespoke products made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of French Consumer Code).

Article 8 - WARRANTY
8.1 Legal Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of Civil Code).

8.2 Manufacturer Warranty
All products include a 6-month manufacturer warranty from date of purchase, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electronic component failures
- Waterproofing issues

Exclusions:
- Damage from crash, fall, or impact
- Improper installation or use
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Article 9 - LIABILITY
RGB LED modes are not approved for road use in most jurisdictions. The customer is responsible for compliance with local traffic regulations. Draconic Lights cannot be held liable for fines or violations resulting from product use.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products sold.

Article 10 - FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, transportation disruptions, or government actions.

Article 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of this website (logo, texts, images, videos) are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of Draconic Lights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 12 - PERSONAL DATA
Data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 13 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of dispute, we encourage customers to contact us to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with EU regulations, you may use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

You may also contact a consumer mediator in France.

Article 14 - APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and after unsuccessful attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
