PROCESSING TIME
Factory Range: Orders ship within 24-48 hours
Custom Range: Production takes 1-2 weeks before shipping
Bespoke/Sur-Mesure: Production takes 2-4 weeks before shipping

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

FRANCE METROPOLITAN
- Standard (Colissimo): 2-4 business days - €9.90
- Express (Chronopost): 1-2 business days - €15.90
- FREE shipping on orders over €150

EUROPEAN UNION
- Standard: 4-8 business days - €19.90
- Express: 2-5 business days - €29.90
- FREE shipping on orders over €250

UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY
- Standard: 5-10 business days - €24.90
- Customs fees may apply (buyer's responsibility)

WORLDWIDE
- International Standard: 7-15 business days - €39.90
- Customs and import duties are buyer's responsibility

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive:
- Confirmation email when order is processed
- Shipping confirmation with tracking number
- Tracking updates via carrier website

DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Undelivered Packages:
- Check tracking for attempted delivery notices
- Contact the carrier if package is held at depot
- Contact us if package is marked as delivered but not received

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
For orders outside the EU:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are buyer's responsibility
- Delays may occur during customs clearance
- We are not responsible for customs-related issues
- Packages refused due to customs fees will not be refunded

ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
