RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Draconic Lights.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item, provided it meets our return conditions.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Not installed or mounted on a motorcycle
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom headlights (made to order with personalization)
- Bespoke/Sur-Mesure products (specifically manufactured for you)
- Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at contact@draconiclights.fr within 14 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Return shipping costs are at your expense

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately at contact@draconiclights.fr with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Defective items are covered by our 6-month warranty
